Pursuant to the new Mass Event Safety Act, all new cards are fully personalized, i.e. they contain your name, surname, PESEL number and photograph. This means that entry is granted only to persons whose details are printed on the Supporter’s Card they produce.

Is the Supporter’s Card obligatory?

Yes, for all T-Mobile Ekstraklasa matches. For matches organized by UEFA, the Supporter’s Card is not obligatory. However, if you have one, you will be asked to produce it when buying a ticket for UEFA Cup games.

Supporter’s Cards for children and foreigners
Foreigners need to fill in separate dedicated fields in Part 1b of the application form, and provide their photo-bearing ID number and type (e.g. passport or driving licence) instead of the PESEL number.

For children aged under 13 (based on the date of birth), the Supporter’s Card application form must be filled in, signed and submitted by their parent or guardian. The child must be present as it is necessary to take its photograph. The guardian needs to produce the child’s ID document and a document that confirms its PESEL number (child health record or confirmation of PESEL number assignment).

Children aged between 13 and 18 fill in Part 1a themselves and enclose Part 2 that is filled in and signed by their parent or guardian. Children aged between 13 and 18 can apply for their Supporter’s Cards without the presence of their guardian. They need to produce their ID document and a document that confirms their PESEL number.

Children aged under 6 are allowed in with their guardian who holds a valid ticket so there is no need for applying for Supporter’s Cards for them.
