Single event accreditations

Information concerning single event accreditations for Wisła Kraków games at Hutnik's Stadium in Kraków.

The accreditations may be applied for by sending an accreditation form (on letter-headed paper of the publication management applying for accreditation signed by the Editor-in-chief of a paper or magazine or TV/radio sports section news editor) to fax no. (012) 630 76 91
 
The application should specify:
The applicant’s data (full name, web site, telephone number, e-mail address where the notification of the grant or refusal of accreditation is to be sent)
Data of the journalist to be accredited
Type of accreditation applied for (place with/without desk), radio (commentator’s booth required/not required), photo, TV
Information where the press/radio/photo/TV footage made during the game is to be published/broadcast

Important note:
Individual applications from journalists shall not be accepted.
Wisła Kraków does not issue bearer accreditations.
Accreditation issue shall commence two hours before the game at Hutnik's Stadium in Kraków.

Accreditation applications shall be accepted until 17:00 on the two working days preceding the game. The notification of accreditation being granted or refused shall be sent on the last working day preceding the game by e-mail.

Incomplete applications or applications submitted after the deadline shall not be considered. Submission of an application is not equivalent to the granting of accreditation.
